must be seen. Its' outstanding feature is a breakfast bar between the kitchen
and living room.
The apartment building is landlord-occupied and has 3 additional security
features. This 1-bedroom suite will be available about April 15, but by May 1st, 2016 for sure. The
suite is 700 sq. ft., on the mid level of a 3-floor walk up apartment building. It faces south and west towards huge spruce trees. It has very large windows and modern vertical blinds. It will show like a new condo,
just about $300 less expensive as the laundry is on the lower level. The

lease but thereafter it is monthly. The security deposit ($895) is the same as
